72 more declassified UAP files are coming through the chute, including FBI orb sightings from 2021 to 2025.

Pentagon drops “never-before-seen files” and says more are coming

The Pentagon released “never-before-seen files” on UFOs after President Donald Trump directed it to do so earlier this year. The batch spans decades of reported sightings of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, and the Defense Department said it will be “releasing new materials on a rolling basis as they are discovered and declassified, with tranches posted every few weeks.” The files also include reports from astronauts and other government sources, with the Pentagon noting that the language in some memos is subjective and “should not be interpreted as a conclusive indication” of what actually happened.

FBI records show a western U.S. sighting with red lights, movement, and a sync-up

New FBI records describe a witness reporting three separate sightings within a five-hour window in the western United States. Another civilian phone interview logged similar incidents, backed up by a second witness. In one account, a red light above a mountain range was first thought to be on the mountainside, then moved eastward and appeared thousands of feet above the ground. After about 15 minutes, six to 10 more red lights appeared, the lights “sync up” and travel east-southeast, and one of them descends rapidly before the rest vanish.

Apollo 12 adds flashes of light to the UFO file pile

The Pentagon’s UFO tranche includes reports from astronauts aboard Apollo 12 in 1969. Astronaut Alan Bean said he saw “flashes of light” that were “sailing off in space,” and described them as “escaping the Moon.”
